Simple ham pie.
I absolutely adore this pie, at times I find myself craving for it, haha! Just like today. It's not the prettiest one but it sure is tasty.

Ham & Cheese Pie

You need...
  • 2½ dl (1 cup) of flour
  • 100 g (½ cup) of butter
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 150 g (⅔ cup) of shredded ham
For the filling:
  • 3 dl (1⅓ cup) of cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g (⅔ cup) of grated cheese
  • pinch of salt and paprika

Preheat your oven to 225°C (450°F). Rub the butter into the flour and add the water.


Spread the dough into buttered dish and cook it in the oven for 10 minutes. Fill the baked crust with ham. Mix the filling and pour it on top of the ham. Cook the pie for another 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
